Open Day at St Sylvester’s Church, Chivelstone

The Church has been closed to the public since Monday, 4 January, when the contractors, Westcountry Stonemasons, took over the building to carry out the renovations. The inside of the building was given back on Wednesday 22 September and the Open Day was Saturday 25 September. Not a lot of time to get the place cleaned up. However, from Wednesday to Saturday morning an army of volunteers set to and cleaned everything.
